We have been incredible lucky to have almost 14 weeks with no rain on Sunday mornings! Join the congregation of Albright for their weekly Sunday service in Morrow Park. Nichelle Nelson, who joined us in September will return to preach this week. You can read Rev. Nelson’s bio here.

e5414-11875499_955227267854484_1569423080_nThe congregation of Albright United Methodist Church will be continuing to host services in Morrow Park. There has been a great turnout! Last week was standing room only and we are working on getting more chairs for upcoming services.

Here are the details for the upcoming services. Alrbight United Methodist Church is one of the oldest continually worshipping congregations in the city. All are welcome to attend and worship on Sundays or to stop by and support the congregation in their efforts to preserve and restore the Albright Church building located at the corner of Centre & Graham.

Thank you to everyone who came to join us for the  Sunday Service in Morrow Park last weekend. Albright United Methodist Church will hold their weekly service at Morrow Park again this Sunday, August 30, 2015 at 10:30. Rev. Dr. Charlene Hill-Coleman will preach. The service will last about 45 minutes and all are welcome to attend.

Charlene 080215Rev. Dr. Charlene Hill-Coleman is the wife of Ricky Coleman, mother of two young ladies, grandmother, and was previously a foster parent to many children.  Charlene is an Associate Minister at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church in Pittsburgh, PA, where she has taught youth new member classes and a spiritual gifting class entitled, “What I Do Best In the Body of Christ.”  She founded The SEAL (Self Empowerment Actualization and Love) Program, a program of self-discovery and empowerment, including self-worth, self-esteem, value, and purpose.
